Terra Cotta - suitable for sculpting or throwing. Ideal where thick cross sections are required. The basic clay for this body is a red-burning, native Texas clay that fires from cone 04 - cone 1. Becomes darker at higher temperatures. Contains 8% grog.
Cone 6 Stoneware - This body is blended to give warmer colors in electric or gas kilns. Ideal firing temperature range is between cone 4 - cone 7, bisque at cone 06 - 04. Contains 5% grog.
White Modeling Clay - A clay plastic enough to model delicate features, yet strong enough to hold most any shape. Fires brilliant white from cone 06 to cone 1. Contains no grog.
White Stoneware - A light, off white firing stoneware great for throwing or hand building. This body was developed for salt glazing and is also excellent for Raku firing with a 12% grog content. Matures at cone 6 and can be fired to cone 10.
White Stoneware No Grog - The same great formula of our trusty White Stoneware, just without the grog. This clay still throws high and hand builds like a champ with plenty of fire clay for strength.
Red Stoneware - A throwing and handbuilding clay that matures from cone 7 to cone 10. Fires to a light buff color in oxidation and a rich brown in heavy reduction. Smooth enough for dinnerware with on ly 5% grog.
Porcelain - Off white, non-translucent, fine grained domestic porcelain. Matures between cone 8 - cone 11. May be thrown or handbuilt with good results. Excellent for salt glazes.

Matt Long Porcelain
Grolleg Porcelain that matures a cone 10. Great for throwing and altering. Fires beautifully in Soda, Salt and Wood Firings. Brilliant white at cone 10 reduction. 17% shrinkage.

Longhorn Red - A smooth clay that fires to a nice terra cotta color. Suitable for both handbuilding and wheel throwing. Mature fires to cone 05-06
Longhorn White - A smooth white talc bodied clay that fires from cone 06 to cone 1.Suitable for handbuilding and wheel throwing.
Cinco Blanco - Lightly textured clay that fires white in oxidation and a light buff in reduction. Matures at cone 5
Cinco Rojo - A deep red-brown clay, has a light texture. Fires to cone 5.
Dillo White - Smooth, white and very plastic clay. Glaze fires to cone 10. Excellent for throwing.
Raku - Course textured white clay with sand and grog to help withstand the thermal shock inherent in raku firing. Broad firing range of cone 06-10
